It also has a wholesale division that delivers fuel to dealer locations in the market.

Position Summary We need team members at all levels, including entry level, who enjoy interacting with customers and making a difference. Both full‑time and part‑time careers are offered for all three shifts (first, second, or third). Team members ensure the smooth operation of the station during their shift, contributing to increased profitability and growth while guaranteeing customer needs are met. Primary Responsibilities
Managing the cash register, ensuring the money stays balanced and customers are assisted quickly and accurately.
Stocking products on shelves and maintaining store cleanliness and professionalism.
Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff.
Maintaining a clean, customer‑friendly environment in the store and surrounding property.
Troubleshooting and resolving car wash related issues as needed.
Preparing shift reports at the end of shifts as per company guidelines.
Cross‑selling and upselling store products to increase sales.
Escalating all high‑priority issues to their immediate manager.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Communicate verbally and in writing with various management within a quick timeline when there are changes or issues that may adversely affect store operations.
Read, understand, and write in English.
Perform basic math, including calculating change.
Validate identification prior to selling tobacco or alcohol as required by law.
Can lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.
Remain calm and respond to emergencies per company policies.
Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
Work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside, station).
Employee Incentives
Employees with 6 months to 3 years: 0.10¢ off a gallon of fuel.
Employees with 3 to 5 years: 0.30¢ off a gallon of fuel.
Employees with 5+ years: 0.40¢ off a gallon of fuel (maximum 20 gallons and 2 fill ups per week).
Additional Info
Must be 18+ years old to work 1st and 2nd shifts.
Minimum of 21 years old to work 3rd shift.
