Description Of Work:
A combination of case management, client advocacy, assessment, and counseling for individuals with disabilities. Candidates must possess knowledge of case management, experience working with people with disabilities or underserved populations, and ability to work within a team setting.
Recruitment Range:
$46,000 - $64,000
Management Preferences (not required):
Knowledge of or experience in case management
Knowledge of or experience working with people with disabilities or underserved/marginalized populations
Knowledge of or experience working within a team setting
Additional eligibility:
Position is funded in part through federal funds
Position is eligible for a hybrid‑teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours**
