Responsibilities Teachers At Hot 8 Yoga work 1.25 hour shifts, clocking in 10 minutes before class and staying 5 minutes after class. During this time, teachers are expected to:
Check in class/help at the front desk
Connect with new students
Say names
Monitor & maintain heat level
Qualifications Applicants must have a certification and experience teaching in-person in one or more of the following styles:
Power Vinyasa
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Barre
Hot Power Fusion
26&2
Heated Yin Yoga

Compensation Hot 8 Yoga teachers are paid hourly. Starting compensation depends on experience and ranges from $23.50–$80.00 per hour. Raises are given on a tiered structure based on attendance/average class size. Bonuses are provided for signing students up for Teacher Training.
