Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our Housekeeping Department at Madison House!

Shift & Pay Full‑time opportunity!

Day Shift available: 7AM – 3:30PM, Monday – Friday.

Earn between $20 and $20.50/hour, dependent on experience!

Who You Are You enjoy providing exceptional cleaning services. This role is responsible for cleaning an assigned number of apartments/rooms, designated common areas, and assisting with housekeeping supply preparation and cart readiness.

What You’ll Do

Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures in resident apartments and common areas

Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors

Use a dry mop, wet mop, broom, or vacuum to clean floors, routinely and when incidents occur

Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms in resident apartments and common areas

Perform the full cycle process for both residential and commercial laundry

Discard trash, medical waste, and recycling

Mix, properly use, and dispose of cleaning chemicals

Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as necessary

Qualifications

Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English

Prior experience in a housekeeping and laundry position is a plus

Must be drug‑free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely

Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
