Position Summary Performs a variety of guest service‑related duties and assists with the general operation of the carousel.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of guests on and around the carousel
Operate, maintain, and clean the carousel and surrounding area
Perform daily safety inspections of train, rails, and carousel
Maintain daily work records, including safety reports and attendance records
Provide world‑class customer service
Communicate to guests and team members professionally, both in writing and verbally
Answer phone and provide accurate answers to customer questions
Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively
Additional tasks assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous experience preferred
Working Conditions And Physical Demands
Work responsibilities will be performed on or around a carousel, within a recreational or retail facility
May be indoors or outdoors
This position can involve sitting, standing, walking, running, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
