Description:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for all warehouse functions and the management of delivery techs.
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for moving medical equipment within the warehouse and the loading/unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach truck, order picker, or other heavy material handling equipment
The Warehouse Manager can be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping/manifesting, screening, and other various duties as assigned to ensure the full and efficient operation of the warehouse
In conjunction with Safety, he/she is to ensure compliance is maintained according to current company operating standards
Use equipment to move, store, pick, pack, and store materials within the warehouse
Understand and adhere to local, State, and Federal regulations, but not limited to, OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other government agencies.
This position requires frequent variations, including sitting, walking, standing, kneeling, reaching, or stooping

During off-site travel, the employee may be required to ride in company delivery vehicles to deliver medical equipment to facilities or patient homes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Prior experience in warehouse operations or management, DME or medical equipment is preferred
Will be required to use hand tools for assembly and repair, material handling equipment, cutting, carrying devices, cleanup kits, or equipment
