Warehouse Associate
Location: Greenfield, IN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Novelty Inc. is a multi-channel product development company that designs high-impulse items and sells them directly to our customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our Warehouse team at our Greenfield, Indiana corporate location.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse duties, including picking, packing, sorting, shipping/receiving, loading and unloading, and building display racks
• Accurately follow written and verbal instructions
• Maintain attention to detail while working efficiently
• Frequently lift and move items weighing between 15–60 pounds
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Maintain punctual and consistent attendance

• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
