JobSummary:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse tasks, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to work. This role requires someone who can work efficiently as part of a team to maintain a safe and productive warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (WMS).
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Support the loading and unloading of shipments.
• Follow established warehouse policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
• Participate in regular safety training and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
