Pay: $85,000–$105,000 base salary

Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization in the industrial manufacturing space to identify an HR Generalist who will play a key role in supporting corporate employees and advancing HR initiatives. Job Description:
The HR Generalist is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day human resources operations while also contributing to projects that improve HR processes, systems, and engagement. This position partners closely with leadership and employees to ensure HR practices align with business needs and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary HR point of contact for employees and leaders, providing guidance on policies, employee relations, and performance matters
- Support and administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and disability-related processes
- Partner with leadership to support recruitment efforts and hiring decisions as needed
- Review and approve payroll inputs to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with external vendors related to HR operations, background screening, and facilities support
- Contribute to and lead HR projects focused on onboarding, offboarding, process improvements, and HR operating rhythms
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and assist with reporting, metrics, and surveys
- Support office operations and assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal events
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and employee relations best practices
- Experience contributing to or leading HR-related projects
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- HRIS experience preferred (Workday a plus)
- Manufacturing or industrial industry experience preferred
