Dishwasher-Utility Worker Responsibilities... • Performs varied tasks in support of patient and cafeteria food service. • Removes trash and maintains floor surfaces. • Assists in trayline activities to include reading menus and assembling patient food trays. • Prepares and portions beverages, desserts and salads as directed.
