Job Description Job Description As a Production Operator you will be a part of an integral team operating equipment to produce quality product. $14/hour – 8h shift, Monday to Friday. No Experience needed, on the job training provided. Hours are 9AM to 5PM. Overview of the Production Operator role: 1. Maintaining clean work stations. 2. Mixing ingredients following a recipe. 3. Changing and adding fruit/milk to fillers. 4. Troubleshooting/fixing equipment as needed 5. Help box finished product with boxer. 6. Monitoring and staying ahead of equipment alarms. Who makes a Good Machine Operator? 1. Good decision-making ability. 2. Enjoy working in a team environment. 3. Ability to lift 35 pounds and the ability to work in a noisy environment. 4. Good attendance and team work. 5. Able to stand for 8 hours shifts while lifting and moving product. 6.
