-Production Support Location:- Santa Clara CA( 5 days Onsite) Salary:- ***K Annum// ***/h USD C2V Visa:- Any Mode of Hire:- FTE/Subcon JD Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support for SAP RAR incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to revenue recognition and ensuring IFRS/GAAP compliance within SAP RAR.
• Work closely with business users to clarify requirements and deliver effective, timely solutions.
• Collaborate with CRM/SD and other SAP module teams to address cross-functional issues impacting revenue reporting.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Document solutions, prepare knowledge base articles, and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal controls, quality standards, and audit requirements.
