As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in translating design specifications into efficient, repeatable, and high-quality manufacturing processes. Your expertise will support the production floor, resolve technical issues, and facilitate seamless communication between Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for the production floor, working closely with operators, technicians, and supervisors.
- Translate new product designs and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) into actionable manufacturing plans and requirements.
- Provide feedback to the Design Engineering team to enhance manufacturability.
- Deliver hands-on technical support to production lines, resolving assembly, test, and process issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process, determining appropriate actions for non-conforming assemblies.
- Design, implement, and maintain custom fixtures and test equipment for production.
- Develop, write, and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions for new and existing product assemblies.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and improve production processes, focusing on cycle time, cost, and first-pass yield.
- Work directly with the Quality team to establish in-process inspection points and quality control checks.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics assembly
- Strong foundation in electronics theory; ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and component datasheets.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
