About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of fostering collaboration between local businesses and schools to provide real-world, hands-on learning experiences for historically underserved students. The successful candidate will be deeply committed to educational equity and will be responsible for strategic leadership, operations, fundraising, and community relations. This role requires a leader who can promote an equitable and inclusive workplace, oversee daily operations, and ensure that the organization's programs align with its core values of equity, inclusion, and access. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and managing the organization's budget, developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, and serving as a main spokesperson to advocate for the importance of the mission.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a BS/BA or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years' in non-profit management. Experience in the for-profit sector will be considered. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, fundraising, and program development, particularly in the field of education or youth empowerment.
