About the Role

The Company is seeking a Division Chief for Maternal-Fetal Medicine to provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the division, including administration, clinical outreach, education, translational research, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will be a visionary and transformative individual, responsible for the planning and oversight of a robust, multidisciplinary division that includes a fellowship training program, clinical faculty, advanced practice providers, and a range of specialized services. This role demands a candidate who is an excellent clinical MFM specialist, an innovative translational researcher, and an enthusiastic educator, with a strong focus on developing and nurturing a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants for the Division Chief position must have a Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic (DO), or equivalent degree, be Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or (AOBOG), and be eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Arizona. Fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine is required, and the candidate should be eligible for a University of Arizona appointment at the Associate or Professor rank. The role involves not only leadership but also active participation in clinical duties, education, and research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical, teaching, and research programs, and will be dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in the field of Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
