Job Summary

This position is based out of our reprocessing manufacturing site in Redmond, OR. To maintain this enviable position and continue our growth, we are looking for a new Production Supervisor to lead our swing shift production team, like you!
Our Production Supervisor at Medline ReNewal is a full time leadership position working Monday to Thursday from 2:30pm to 1:30am. The Production Supervisor will lead our team to ensure the timely and accurate production of finished goods and the delivery of medical products to the customer. This includes maintaining inventory integrity of components and finished items along with verifying all work performed complies with Medline ReNewal’s standard operating procedures as well as FDA guidelines.
Located in beautiful Central Oregon, Medline Renewal has national accounts that collect clinically used surgical instruments from across the country and will ship them to our facility for reprocessing. We reprocess the collected devices to new condition under FDA approved processes and then return them into the distribution stream. This saves our customers money, reduces the cost of healthcare, and reduces the burden on landfills. Watch this quick video to learn more:

Description Oversee and coordinate product processing.
Monitor backorder reports and production scheduling and coordinate resources to ensure minimal backorders. Ensure overall quality of the items produced.
Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet the established production schedules and service levels.
Create all needed paperwork, the completion of all required functions and the electronic receipt of finished goods. Ensure compliance with all regulatory functions that apply.
Ensure inventory integrity for components and finished product.
Lead and mentor department team Leads.
Review and approve time cards, PTO requests, and absences.
Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Education High school diploma or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS At least 2 years previous production experience.
Previous experience as a department lead or supervisor a plus.
At least 1 year of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.
Previous experience with Workday.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $73,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
