Non-smoker (Smoke-free facility) Duties: Provides exceptional customer service by answering patient inquiries via phone Utilizes EMR Epic and Athena for accurate appointment scheduling Demonstrate effective phone etiquette, Medical Records handling, communication skills Ensures positive patient satisfaction Maintains HIPAA patient confidentiality Collaborates with team members to enhance service and address patient needs --------------
