About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Vice President of FP&A to take the lead in financial planning, analysis, and performance management. This pivotal role involves serving as a key thought partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, with a focus on supporting value creation initiatives, operational decision-making, and long-term growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the FP&A function, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario modeling. Additionally, the role requires close partnership with the CFO, PE sponsors, and executive leadership to deliver insightful financial analysis and support strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a strong analytical foundation, executive presence, and experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments, particularly from Big 4 advisory/assurance or investment banking with direct operating exposure. Key responsibilities also include developing and maintaining operating models, KPI dashboards, and board-level reporting, as well as analyzing business performance across multiple locations. The role demands a professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a Master's degree is strongly preferred, and 8-12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, Big 4, or a combination thereof. Advanced Excel skills, experience in private-equity-backed or highly leveraged environments, and a proven ability to communicate financial insights to executive and board-level audiences are essential. The candidate should be comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a high-growth setting and be prepared to build, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A team.
