The Company is seeking a VP, Controller for Global GAAP Accounting Policy. This pivotal role is dedicated to the development, implementation, and maintenance of a robust GAAP accounting policy across a global insurance platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a consistent and defensible GAAP framework in a complex, multi-jurisdiction operating environment. This hands-on position demands a leader who can work closely with senior management, particularly in the early stages of the role, to ensure that the policy is not only theoretical but also practical and effective in real-time operations.
