About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Program Officer (CPO) to lead its programmatic vision and strategic growth. The CPO will be responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of all programs, with a focus on maximizing impact, revenue, and reach. This senior leadership role requires a candidate with over 10 years of experience in leading education or youth development programs, particularly in the areas of STEM, out-of-school time, and multi-site initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in program design, scaling, and improvement, as well as proficiency in using data to inform program development. Equity-centered leadership is a key attribute, with a deep commitment to educational equity and culturally responsive practices, especially in closing access and opportunity gaps for girls and gender-expansive youth.
The CPO will also be responsible for leading a team, managing program budgets, and ensuring high-quality program delivery with measurable outcomes. Strategic thinking, cross-functional partnership, and inclusive leadership are essential competencies for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in partnership development, be an excellent communicator, and have the ability to represent the organization to various stakeholders.
