About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to lead its strategic growth, business development, and operational alignment. The successful candidate will be a senior executive with a proven track record in driving substantial revenue and market expansion. Key responsibilities include leading and executing company-wide growth strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving business development initiatives in industrial markets. The President will also be responsible for sales leadership, performance management, and providing executive oversight to ensure operational capabilities align with sales and strategic goals. The role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on execution capability, excellent communication, and leadership skills, and the ability to foster a performance-driven, growth-oriented culture.

Applicants for the President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a senior executive role.
