About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Land Acquisition to spearhead the sourcing and acquisition of land for development and homebuilding projects. This pivotal role involves leading the land acquisition strategy in alignment with long-term growth plans, actively seeking and evaluating land opportunities, and managing the entire acquisition process from underwriting to closing. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key market participants and will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition into the development and construction phases.
