LOYALTY MARKETING MANAGER Location:

Fort Worth, TX COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE 60K - Mon - Friday - 8:00am, - 5:00pm • Pay Range: Competitive (range available on request) • Full-time, exempt • Standard business hours; ~25% travel required ROLE IMPACT The Loyalty Marketing Manager drives the success of the company’s customer loyalty and engagement strategy by developing and executing data-driven campaigns, managing promotions, and optimizing CRM performance. This role ensures seamless program execution across retail, digital, and marketing channels, ultimately increasing customer retention and revenue growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead daily execution of loyalty program operations, ensuring accuracy in promotions, compliance, customer service, and platform management. • Develop and manage bi-monthly promotional offers, rewards catalog, and loyalty-driven sales initiatives. • Collaborate with retail operations and category managers to enhance program performance and vendor participation. • Manage email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, segmentation, and creative content execution. • Integrate loyalty programs with social media and digital channels to increase acquisition and engagement. • Conduct regular performance analysis and leverage RFM insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. • Oversee the employee loyalty tier program, ensuring tailored offers and clear communications. • Perform store visits (~25% travel) to support execution and gather field insights. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience. • 5+ years’ experience in B2C or B2B marketing, advertising, or CRM/loyalty programs. • Proficiency in BI tools, Excel, and customer data analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
