Clinical Details: Practice Setting: Hospital Call (Saturday and Sunday) - weekends Clinical Areas: Adult, Hospital, Office/Clinic Lab & X-Ray onsite Outpatient Gastroenterology & Internal Medicine Required EMR: Epic On average 8 procedures per weekend: GSI, Hepatology, RGA, Surgery, Colon, Egd, ERCP Requirements: Board Certified VA license Flu shot COVID Vaccine - Highly Preferred Must be available to cover open shift to be considered Clean malpractice history required for temp privs ERCP EUS - Preferred Required Procedures/Duties: Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry, Esophageal Manometry Interpretation, Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Liver Biopsy, Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube, Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
Upper GI Endoscopy: with Biopsy, with Foreign Body Removal, with Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs. Laser), with Injection of Varices, with Banding of Varices, with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), Diagnostic, Therapeutic, with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
