Key responsibilities include: Assisting the circulating nurse with patient positioning and operative site preparation. Preparing the operating room with sterile supplies and instruments. Maintaining an organized sterile field and adhering to aseptic techniques. Anticipating the surgeon’s needs during procedures. Following infection control policies and reporting any unsafe practices. *Position Requirements:* High School Diploma or GED required; preferred candidates are graduates of accredited Surgical Technologist programs. Certification as a Surgical Technologist is required within 6 months of hire.
