Your work begins where ideas meet motion. As a Controls Engineer on our team, youll be at the center of building custom automated systemsfrom the wiring diagram to the HMI screen to the robot arm swinging into action.

Instead, youll spend your time programming PLCs, tuning servo motors, integrating robots, solving real-time challenges, and walking out to the shop floor to see your work in motion. This is hands-on, fast-moving, high-impact engineering that lets you own the full process and see results every day.

What Youll Do Design control systems and create detailed wiring and logic diagrams Program PLCs and HMIs to control complex machine behavior Integrate robotics, servo amplifiers, sensors, and motion control Support system

buildstroubleshooting,

updating designs, and refining controls Run validation testing and resolve performance issues Document systems clearly and train teams on their operation

What Youll Bring Strong understanding of automation, control theory, and machine safety Experience with PLC programming (any major platform) Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and CAD for schematics Hands-on experience with servo systems and robot integration Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly on the floor Clear communicator and a collaborative teammate
