Job Title: Amazon Connect Developer Location: Jersey City, NJ/ Plano, TX/Columbus, OH Experience - 8+ RTTO - 5 Days Onsite JD for Amazon Connect Developer with LEX, AWS Lambda, Routing Schema, Bedrock & LLM Primary Responsibilities and Skills: In-depth knowledge and Strong hands on exp on AWS Lambda - Python/Java/Node.js Experience with Amazon Connect SDK Amazon Connect's Precision routing schema Amazon Connect's API Amazon Integration with Banking API Lex - chatbot development using Lex API (Lambda) Bedrock, Bedrock Agent, Bedrock AgentCore LLM [prompt engineer] Nova, Claude, OpenAl Amazon Connect Contact Flow design Good to have hand on in Cloud & Container technologies: AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes & Docker Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams.
