Service Desk Technician* *Entry Level | Hybrid | FullTime*
*Position Overview* The Service Desk Technician provides frontline support for customer technical issues, assisting users through phone, chat, and ticketing systems. This role focuses on gathering information, performing initial troubleshooting, documenting issues, and ensuring timely resolution. Strong customer service skills are essential, as the technician will interact with users across various communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and selfservice ticket submissions.
* Gather details, document issues, and perform initial troubleshooting steps.
* Maintain accurate and complete records of all support interactions.
* Stay up to date on products, services, and procedures through training and documentation.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, helpful demeanor.
*Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Experience in phonebased or emailbased support environments is a plus.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic computer applications.
* IT support experience.
* Experience in a contact center or service desk environment.
* Standard business hours, Monday-Friday.
