Job Summary

Facilities Attendant/Overnight Houseman

Shifts available - Overnight

Residence Inn Lincoln Downtown

Operations

Performs daily cleaning of all public areas and back of house.

Ensures public restroom, fitness facility and pool are cleaned and stocked.

Assists other team members or laundry operations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (lifting above the shoulder is also required).

Must be able to relate well to hotel guests and co-workers.

Performance Expectations

Responds promptly to guests’ needs with an interest and concern in satisfying every guest.

Must be 21 years of age with a clean driving record and valid drivers license

Shuttle driver

Valet guest vehicles

Ensures guests and associates are satisfied with public area and exterior cleanliness.

Ensures the hotel provides a welcoming experience through a clean and well-maintained property.
