Title: QA Tester Location: Addison, TX onsite QA Tester (focus is Java/Automation/Selenium. Any mainframe testing and/or prior Client experience is a plus) Responsibilities: ā¢ Responsible owning initiative QA support, coordinating E2E testing, addressing issues, testing status reports, risk management and communication between developers, clients, and management Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience
- Hands on experience with Java/Selenium automation scripting
- Able to create automated scripts from scratch and update existing ones
- API Testing - Hands on experience with rest services testing
- Experience using TestNg in automation framework
- Able to query the data from Oracle and DB2
- Hands on experience with Mongo Database
- SQL knowledge
- Experience in validating mainframe jobs and stored procedure
- Skilled with backend testing dealing with files
- Capable of analyzing failures by referring to logs on the Windows server and Splunk
- Experience working within an agile development process (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) from the test design, test automation, and execution perspective
- Quick learner who can grasp various complexities of the requirements and systems being supported
- Demonstrated flexibility for operating and delivering results in a dynamic and complex environment
- Capable of owning work and coordinating end to end, including closing out issues, managing risk, providing accurate status, and communicating with clients, partners and management
