- Minimum of 5 years of QA experience with strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in Accessibility testing, including WCAG, NVDA, and JAWS.
- Strong skills in Functional/Manual Testing.
- Experience with JIRA.
- Experience with Automation Testing.
- Development skills with the ability to understand technical design and translate it into workable solutions.
- Background in enterprise application development or strong education in information systems/application development.
- Create detailed, comprehensive test cases/scripts/scenarios based on business requirements/user stories.
- Apply test strategies and provide testing status/reporting.
- Collaborate within an Agile team and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Work to deadlines under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
