Artificial Intelligence QA Tester

We're currently seeking a QA Tester who brings not only strong testing expertise but also domain knowledge in telecom support and familiarity with the production regression platforms that power our solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and understands how quality assurance contributes to the bigger picture: ensuring reliable, efficient, and transparent technology that serves our communities. Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience conducting Integration/System/End-to-End testing on critical applications and worked on Testing AI/ML models.
Extensive experience working on chatbot/IVR applications, including validation of NLP/NLU models, conversational flows, and fallback handling.
. Strong background in web-based applications with a focus on GUI/UX testing, including accessibility and responsive design validation.
. Hands-on experience with web services (SOAP, REST, and Microservices).
. Proficient in tools like Postman and SoapUI for API testing and automation.
. Skilled in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases, including edge cases for AI-driven features.
. Familiar with AWS services used in AI/ML pipelines such as S3, Lambda, and SageMaker.
. Experience in API Testing and Automation, including validation of AI model endpoints and inference accuracy.
. Deep understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle, including AI model lifecycle testing.
. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
. Hands-on experience with Test Management Tools like Jira, including integration with AI model tracking tools.
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics, and arrive at sound analysis and judgment.
. AI Testing
. Experience in testing AI/ML models for accuracy, bias, and performance.
. Familiarity with model validation techniques such as confusion matrix, precision/recall, and A/B testing.
. Exposure to testing AI pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, training, and deployment.
. Knowledge of ethical AI testing practices and compliance standards.
Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium and RestAssured.
. Exposure to Continuous Integration pipelines for AI model deployment and testing.
