While submitting candidates attach certificate copy Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned Technical Product Owner with over 15 years of experience in leading product strategy and delivering complex enterprise technology solutions. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and product leadership to bridge the gap between cross-functional teams and deliver scalable, innovative products that meet both business and technical goals. Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business and technical goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, engineering teams, and business units.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of features and enhancements, working closely with architects, developers, and QA.
• Drive technical discussions and decisions, especially around architecture, integrations, and scalability.
• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for new initiatives and feature changes.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to align user experience with functional expectations.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in product design.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to enhance product value.

Required Skills and Experience

• 15+ years of experience in IT and product development, with 5+ years in a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager role.
• Strong technical background (Java, Microservices, APIs, Databases, Cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience managing Agile teams.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs.
• Experience working with enterprise-level systems, SaaS platforms, or complex integration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and product analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications: SAFe6 Product Owner/Manager
• Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing domains is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and API management tools.
• Exposure to data-driven product development, AI/ML, or analytics-based platforms is an advantage.
