Data Analyst - Vendor Performance & Inventory Sandy Springs, GA (Hybrid) | Accessories & National Accounts About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Data Analyst to support a high-performing Accessories and National Accounts team. In this role, you'll help manage inventory, logistics insights, and vendor performance for parts and products that fall outside traditional parts logistics support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into action-balancing analytics with real-world execution to ensure the right products are available at the right time, while improving vendor accountability and overall program performance. You'll play an essential role in maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting long-term planning, and delivering data-driven insights that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen supply chain decision-making. What You'll Do Inventory & Supply Planning

  • Monitor and support inventory levels to ensure they align with demand, service needs, and operational goals.
  • Develop forecasts to anticipate supply needs and proactively identify risks or opportunities.
  • Help ensure program success by supporting strategic planning and execution across inventory and vendor operations.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on inventory, vendor performance, invoice activity, and supply chain trends.
  • Provide actionable insights that improve efficiency, minimize scrapping, reduce waste, and optimize supply chain effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate reporting on supply chain performance and vendor accountability.
Case & Process Management • Manage operational workflows, including:
  • StarSupport cases
  • Price Change Requests
  • Invoice deep-dive analyses
• Ensure issues are resolved on time and that outcomes align with internal stakeholders and dealer partners. Communication & Leadership Support
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and reporting materials for leadership to support decision-making.
  • Communicate findings clearly to a wide range of stakeholders-from operational teams to leadership partners.
What You Bring Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field OR equivalent experience (typically 5+ years) in supply chain analysis, logistics, inventory planning, or vendor management.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, identify meaningful trends, and translate results into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with the MS365 suite (including Copilot)
  • Strong working knowledge of data tools and reporting functions such as:
  • Power BI
  • Pivot tables

- SQL

- VLOOKUP

- Macros • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new tools and technologies. Communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
