Rate Range: $75-$80/Hr Job Description:

• Client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can work with large datasets, analyze trends, identify insights, and support business decisions.
• The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across various reporting tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and build efficient data solutions.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple data sources.
• Assist with automation of reporting processes and documentation of workflows.
• Support data governance and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, performance tuning).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleansing and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and provide clear insights to stakeholders.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift, Oracle, etc.).
• Understanding of financial services or banking industry.
• Experience with ETL tools or workflow automation.

Education: • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
