The Data & Systems Analyst will play a key role in developing, managing, and optimizing data products, systems integrations, and reporting solutions across multiple platforms. This individual will work cross-functionally to support business decision-making through high-quality data analysis, system efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in ServiceNow, Salesforce, SQL, and data visualization tools, with the ability to navigate complex data environments and drive insights that influence organizational strategy. Key Responsibilities Data Systems & Technical Operations • Develop, maintain, and optimize data integrations and workflows across systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Informatica Data Management. • Write and troubleshoot SQL queries and perform data reads from Snowflake and Postgres databases. • Utilize DBeaver and Notepad++ for database interaction and script management. • Access and interpret data through AWS Bastion, NNAnet, and Dealer Business Systems (read). • Support collaboration tools including Atlassian Jira and Confluence for documentation, project tracking, and knowledge sharing. • Create, modify, and analyze dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. • Prepare data-driven presentations using PowerPoint. Data Product & Analytics • Contribute to Data Product Launch Cycles from ideation through deployment. • Apply knowledge of Data Product Certification to validate data quality and governance standards. • Develop and consume Quality Reports to monitor performance, accuracy, and compliance. • Discover and interpret data patterns to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities. • Manage and document metadata including classification, glossary terms, lineage, reference data, and business rules. • Ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance regulations across all systems. • Apply PDSA/PDCA methodologies to drive iterative process and system enhancements. • Serve as a Data Literacy Educator, promoting best practices in data usage, reporting accuracy, and system adoption. Qualifications Required: • Bachelors degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. • 35 years of experience in data analysis, business systems, or IT operations. • Proven proficiency in: • ServiceNow (read/write) • SQL (read/write) • Power BI (read/write) • DBeaver (read/write) • Atlassian Jira & Confluence (read/write) • Excel and PowerPoint (read/write) Preferred / Differentiators: • Experience with NNAnet, Dealer Business Systems, and FUSE (read). • Familiarity with AWS Bastion (read/simple write). • Demonstrated ability to lead or support Data Product Launch Cycles. • Recognized Data Product Certification. • Experience educating teams in Data Literacy concepts.
