Job Title: Data Analyst Full Time Key Technology: Workday, Reporting, Dashboards Workday Reporting expert with deep knowledge of the Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, and Absence and Time Tracking. • Use best practices and industry standards in developing custom reports and calculated fields. • Work with technology/security teams to define and create calculated fields, security policies and other Workday objects to support the evolving reporting needs of the organization • Mentor less experienced team members on the team in writing reports and building calculated field. 3+ years of hand-on experience in Report Writing in HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, and Absence and Time Tracking. • Proficient in Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reports. • Experience with Workday Dashboards, Worksheets, Prism and Discovery Board. • dvanced proficiency in building complex calculated field. • Proficiency in using the Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), BIRT and Workday Studio. • Workday Pro certification desired
