Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources, using spreadsheets and smart sheets, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. • Reporting: Run regular and ad-hoc reports, interpret the data, and present findings to managers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner. • Address and resolve challenges using data. • Independent Work: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision. • Learning and Adaptation: Quickly learn and adapt to new software tools and platforms that support project management and data analysis. • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of improvement within existing processes and software tools, recommending and implementing changes that enhance project outcomes. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any other related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a project based environment. • A proactive approach to personal career growth, seeking opportunities to develop new skills and advance within the company. • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and smart sheets. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Experience in document management and process improvement. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • We offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life, and Paid Time Off!
