About the Role We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst with strong Business Intelligence (BI) skills for our tech clients . This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights. You will work on enterprise-level projects, building dashboards, analyzing trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making for U.S.-based clients. Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
  • Develop and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Write efficient SQL queries for reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver insights
  • Present findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data wrangling and analysis
  • Understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Additional Skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines
  • Exposure to data visualization storytelling for executive audiences

  • Real-world project experience: Hands-on exposure to enterprise-level BI dashboards and analytics projects beyond academic coursework.
  • U.S. work experience: Familiarity with U.S. client expectations, delivery standards, and collaborative team environments.
