Data Systems Analyst Are you passionate about data, automation, and building systems that make a real business impact? We're looking for a Data Systems Analyst to join a growing Enterprise IT team supporting data, applications, and reporting across multiple business units. In this role, you'll work closely with IT leadership to administer SQL Server environments, develop applications, streamline ETL processes, and deliver meaningful reporting solutions. - Administer, maintain, and optimize SQL Server environments
- Design and develop ASP/ASP.NET and .NET-based applications
- Build and support ETL workflows and data integrations
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions using SSRS, Power BI, and similar tools
- Configure and support SharePoint Online sites and solutions
- Create automation and scripting solutions to improve data and reporting efficiency
- Document systems and processes to support knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with IT team members and participate in occasional off-hours/on-call support
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server DBA and/or application development
- Strong experience with SQL Server performance tuning, backup/recovery, and security
- Proficiency in T-SQL, C#, and .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core)
- Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and ETL tools such as SSIS
- Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Highly organized, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Front-end web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Agile development experience
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control tools
