AEG is hiring: Event Host Seasonal in Round Rock

Our team is seeking an dynamic, engaging, professional On-Field Host (Emcee) to serve as the in-game host and fan ambassador during home games and special events. This PROMINATE role is responsible for delivering an exciting, memorable, and family-friendly game experience by interacting with fans, announcing promotions, driving crowd engagement, and leading on-field contests. The ideal candidate is comfortable on a microphone, thrives in front of crowds, and embodies our team's brand and values with every interaction; Serve as the primary on-field host during all home games and select community or sponsor events. • Coordinate closely with the Game Entertainment, Promotions, Production, and Audio/Video teams to ensure smooth execution of all in-game elements. • Represent the team brand in a positive, professional, and family-friendly manner at all times. • Maintain a strong understanding of game flow, timing, and communication cues from game directors/producers. • Assist with pregame, postgame, and occasional off-field sponsor or media activations as needed. Strong, confident microphone presence with the ability to project enthusiasm. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, stand for extended periods, and move quickly around the ballpark. • Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and the full home game schedule. • Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Creative, adaptable, and able to remain calm and professional when things change last-minute. • Strong understanding of fan engagement, entertainment value, and live performance pacing. • This position is seasonal and part-time. The role may include additional appearances at community events, sponsor activations, and non-game-day engagements. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PHONE CALLS REGARDING THIS POSITION.
