As a technical recruiter focused on Data and AI at Accenture Federal Services, you will play a critical role in helping to build the teams that drive the future of AI. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who deeply understands AI talent-someone who can identify, engage, and close top data engineering, Generative AI and data science talent.
Partner with leadership and technical stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build scalable, data-driven recruiting strategies
• Source and engage specialized AI talent, including those with high-level security clearances, through creative sourcing channels and networking to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence on AI talent trends to inform hiring decisions
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and source potential candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics
• Ensure data quality within our applicant tracking system
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with 2+ years focused on Data and AI
• Strong understanding of the AI talent market-industry trends, academic pipelines, and events/associations/conferences
• As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
