Support Engineer Digital Brand Services Trending Job Description Support Engineer Digital Brand Services Wilmington, DE Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm EST Hybrid Work Model (3 days onsite from Wilmington) We are looking for collaborative and innovative individuals to join our team and help manage a platform built on advanced technology that drives our customers success. As a Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and supporting our in-house applications built on Java, Linux, SQL, and AWS technologies. Our teams collaborate to manage and maintain Brand Protection solutions that make a meaningful impact for our customers. Some of the things you will you be doing:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality service to both internal users and external customers.
  • Provide first-response support and manage enquiries related to our DomainSec Brand Protection product.
  • Resolve technical issues when possible; otherwise, log and elevate to the appropriate specialist.
  • Respond to all support enquiries in accordance with company standards and within the specified SLA.
  • Offer hands?on support and take responsibility for Brand Protection systems and products used by customers.
  • Track and record actions taken to resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement documented processes to support the companys product range.
  • Maintain and update the product Knowledge Base.
  • Monitor and manage outages to ensure maximum service availability.
  • Produce technical reports for management as required.
  • Work with the development team to identify problems and recommend feature enhancements for products.
What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?
  • Bachelors degree in a related discipline or equivalent job experience.
  • At least some of the following, and interest in learning the others:
  • UNIX System administration
  • Cloud Service administration
  • Scripting or programming for automation
  • Database administration or query writing
  • Virtualization and containerization technologies
  • 1-3 years previous experience of working in a systems administration or development environment.
  • Good problem?solving skills
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Good collaboration skills with technology users and providers
  • Good communication and documentation skills
