Recruitment Consultant at Green Life Sciences – Putting the ‘Search’ into Research Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to the manufacturing organization to achieve business goals and production targets. Ensure all operations comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), health, safety, and environmental regulations. Oversee day‑to‑day production activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost optimization. Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control to maintain product quality and compliance with internal and external standards. Lead and develop manufacturing teams, ensuring appropriate training, development, and performance management. Support technology transfers, scale‑up, and new product introductions in collaboration with Technical and R&D functions. Maintain and manage manufacturing documentation, batch records, and deviation/investigation reports in accordance with GMP requirements. Ensure aseptic and cleanroom operations are conducted according to sterile manufacturing best practices (if applicable). Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, including labour, materials, and capital expenditures. Represent Manufacturing in audits, inspections, and regulatory agency interactions as required.
