Candidates must have a great attitude, be able to multitask during busy times and willing to be a part of a successful team. All applicants must have a strong desire to succeed. Our aggressive pay plan is designed to take the driven Sales associate to the next level. With our rapidly growing dealership we are looking for people interested in a lasting future in the auto business and are ready to grow! Responsibilities Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, and in-person appointments Answer incoming sales calls with the objective of setting up an appointment Monitor and contact internet leads from our website, dealer, manufacturer, and third party sites Determine each customer's vehicle needs by listening and answering questions Set and confirm appointments, follow up for each shown or missed appointment Maintain accurate and updated website, specials, current incentives, etc. Qualifications Available to work flexible hours and weekends Excellent communication skills including phone, email, text video calls, and social media Strong customer service skills Positive attitude Self motivated while working with a team Organized, process and task driven Driven to exceed customer expectations Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Bilingual is preferred Strong computer and tech skills required Benefits Health Dental Vision Life 401k with match Paid vacation Paid training
