Groucho's Deli in Clemson, SC is looking for a night manager to join our 15 person strong team. Our night shift goes from 4pm to 9pm when we close to the public, but will go past 9pm due to closing the restaurant. We are located on 104 Fendley St.Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged, and motivated.
Responsibilities Make sure food is prepared properly and served to customers punctually. Make sure prep work is done efficiently and routinely. Kitchen is cleaned nightly, with routine cleanings to certain areas of the store monthly (air filter, ice machine, freezers, meat coolers, food line etc.) Help keep staff prepared and active during shifts Make sure dressings and sides are properly dated and rotated nightly Counting cash nightly from register and closing deposits. Other tasks which will be discussed during interview, and throughout training. Qualifications Manager experience preferred but not needed Food industry experience highly preferred Night availability Full Time availability Weekend availability We are looking forward to hearing from you. Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 - $13.00/hour.
