Submission Requirements ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR- Board Certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology. or Board eligible - REQUIRED
- BLS/ACLS - REQUIRED
- Active MI license - REQUIRED
- Must be local - no flights
- Please provide availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR - PREFERRED .
- Copy of the NPDB, self-query requires at presentation (Should be pulled within a month) - REQUIRED
