• Specialty: Hematology & Medical Oncology

• Outpatient clinic coverage only

• Previously a 2-physician practice, supported by NP

• Support staff includes:

  • Oncology RNs

  • Medical Assistants

  • Social Worker

  • Dietitian

  • Nurse Navigator

Onsite Services:

• Infusion center

• CBCs performed onsite

EMR: Cerner

• Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• On-Call: Clinic call only (as needed)

• Average patients per day

• Participation in tumor board meetings expected
