Substitute Evening Continuing Education Instructor

Berks Career & Technology Center is seeking dedicated Substitute Evening Continuing Education Instructors to support our adult education programs. We offer evening courses that combine classroom theory with hands-on instruction for adult learners pursuing careers in the skilled trades. We are currently seeking substitutes for the following programs: Electrical Plumbing HVAC Welding Position Overview: Substitute instructors serve on a per diem basis, assuming the day-to-day instructional responsibilities of the regular instructor when needed. This role is ideal for experienced trades professionals who are interested in sharing their knowledge and making a positive impact in the community. Qualifications Experience in the Electrical, Plumbing, Welding or HVAC field Availability to work evening hours on an as-needed basis Strong communication skills and a willingness to support adult learners Teaching or mentoring experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
