Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist at a high school setting in Braintree, MA, from early February through mid-June. This role offers an engaging blend of counseling and psychological services, designed to support a high school caseload of approximately 20 students. The position requires availability three days per week, with shifts of six hours each day. Responsibilities: Provide counseling and psychological evaluations to support student mental health and academic success Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop interventions and strategies Maintain detailed case documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support planning Qualifications and Experience: Active Massachusetts School Psychologist licensure Proven experience in counseling within a school environment preferred Ability to work effectively with high school-aged students Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to student wellbeing and educational support Compensation and Benefits: Highly competitive weekly pay Comprehensive insurance package including medical, dental, vision, and life coverage Matching 401(k) retirement plan Flexible spending account to manage healthcare expenses This role is ideal for a licensed professional seeking a part-time contract position with meaningful impact on student wellbeing.
